Kayode was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. He has more than 30 years of experience advising businesses, handling disputes, and appearing in courts across Nigeria.
His work includes company and commercial law, energy, land and property, aviation, and helping businesses facing financial difficulty.
Before starting Kayode Filani & Co., Kayode was a partner at FAO Chambers. His work there included court cases, legal writing, and business transactions.
Kayode is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). He advises Nigerian and international clients on doing business under Nigerian law.
